Bayview Hotel By St Hotels - Gzira

The hotel is original and nestled in a big building with special vibes. Great location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. Also, the area was lovely. The breakfast menu was sensational. The service was good, totally satisfied. Besides, there was parking nearby.

Very good location, reasonably cheap, breakfast buffet is good value at only €3.50, nice view over the bay, plenty of places around to eat.

I found it a little noisy as cleaning staff start early in the morning, and the air con in our room wasnt working, but staff were very helpful and organised a portable airconditioner for us.

The location is amazing, 2 km from Sliema promenade. Its adjacent to whole Sliema, Valleta or other parts near as well as ferry across to Valletta.

Breakfast was good, even though the choice was not very big. Location of the hotel is great and bus connection to Valletta is also very good. There are many restaurants nearby.

* Furnishings were not very comfortable and old, renovations would be necessary. * Air conditioning was very loud, so that at night, when you have a light sleep, you had to sleep without air conditioning. * staff was sometimes very unfriendly and unmotivated

Cleanliness in common areas could definitely use a good scrub!!!

Very cheap. Located right next to a small harbour across the road.

xcellent location, on bus route, close to ferry, restaurants, shops. Lovely view and pool deck.

The hotel in its main section was good value - we tried 3 rooms a normal double, a seaview and then got moved to the other section (appalling)

The pillows were very hard and the bathrooms miniscule with no fans, but bearable. We got transferred to a different section back from the main road, that was difficult to find at night, noisy constantly during the morning, the curtains did not fit, and in all rooms the pillows were extreemely hard and lumpy. We had breakfast in the main section first morning which was okay for 3.5 euro, but didn't bother again. There were not kettles in the rooms an the safeshad no locks on them. The annoyin gthing about being moved was we knew there was room aailavitly avaiability in the main section.

The rooftop pool is nice, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our first room smelled like cigarettes so they moved us to a second one. It didn't smell but was very dark.

Rooms were very clean, good location being 2mins walk away from bars and restaurants so close enough bar far enough that the area was quiet.

The so called 'balcony' in the apartments is a joke!

Had a sea view room with a balcony. The views of the bay and Valletta were fine, especially at sunset. The rooftop pool was a nice touch. Breakfast was convenient with fresh options every morning. The location was great with a bus stop right outside, made getting around super easy. The spa offered various treatments like massages and saunas, very relaxing!

Excellent location in Sliema. Very close to nice restaurants. Bus stop in front of the hotel, practically go to anywhere. Some reception staff very friendly and helpful. 2BR Apartments are very spacious. Cleaning of the apartment was good.

We originally booked a Studio, which was extremely small. We specifically asked for balcony but balcony was opening inside to apartment. We had to change our room to a 2 Bedroom. Some apartments are pretty far from the hotel. Both the breakfast and dinner was very poor quality. Swimming pool didn't seem very hygenic.
